- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies for specialized technical roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Adobe Experience Cloud positions, including AEM Developers, Data Engineers, and Architects.
- Build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and proactive sourcing, while maintaining a consistent candidate experience.
Requirements:
- Over 10 years of technical recruitment experience with strong focus on Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
- Advanced sourcing skills including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and talent mapping.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote contract environment with minimal ramp-up time.
