Role Overview:
- You will work remotely from Mexico or a location in the US Central Time Zone.
- This is a contract role with full-time hours and weekend availability.
Responsibilities:

- Communicate proactively via phone, text, and email to push orders to completion.
- Maintain organized records and update team members on progress.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple applications simultaneously.
- Goal-oriented, persistent, and empathetic to the renter's experience.
