Role Overview:
- Achieve revenue and install quota by supporting the Southeast professional sales channel.
- Develop and manage channel relationships, driving new product adoption and project attachment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute territory action plans to meet quarterly and annual targets.
- Increase market share with existing customers and recruit new qualified integrators.
- Interface with technical support and represent Savant at industry events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of technical sales experience.
- Experience with home automation, networking, and HVAC control solutions.
- Exceptional communication and computer skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary $90,000 - $120,000 plus incentive plan.
