The field-based Regional Sales Director is responsible for leading a team of Account Executives within a designated region, promoting SHIELD to general practice providers. This role involves recruiting, hiring, coaching, and developing Account Executives for the launch and promotion of SHIELD and also identify and partner with national, regional and local laboratories.
