About the Role:
- We are seeking a BDR Manager to lead and scale our BDR team.
- The role involves refining outbound strategies and improving processes for scale.
- You will partner closely with Sales and Marketing leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and coach a high-performing team of BDRs.
- Own the BDR team's performance metrics and ensure quota attainment.
- Develop and iterate on outbound prospecting strategies and optimize sales stack.
