You will:
- Develop and execute a territory strategy to identify and secure new health system partnerships, leveraging existing executive relationships.
- Own the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting through launch, with accountability for delivering partnership and growth goals.
- Navigate complex health system organizations by building consensus across multiple stakeholders.
You are:
- A relationship-driven business development leader with an established network and credibility with health system executives.
- Energized by prospecting, opening doors, and creating new partnership opportunities from the ground up.
- An EQ-driven business developer who builds momentum through trust and thoughtful problem-solving, not high-pressure tactics.
You have:
- 7+ years developing and closing enterprise partnerships with health systems, IDNs, or academic medical centers.
- Proven track record of independently sourcing and closing new business opportunities in a quota-carrying role.
- Deep understanding of health system operations, referral patterns, and behavioral health access challenges.
