Role Summary:
- You’ll be an early champion for our customers.
- You'll own onboarding, driving adoption.
- You'll act as a product expert.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run kickoff calls, build success plans, ensure integrations and configurations are complete.
- Provide day-to-day customer support and case triage.
- Monitor account health and run campaigns to re-engage at-risk users.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable running demos and training sessions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and empathy for customers’ business needs.
- Experience using a CRM/CS platform
