The Role:
- You will manage and develop 7-10 AEs, own monthly quota attainment, and enforce MEDDICC discipline across the team.
- You will partner with revenue operations, BDR leadership, and client services to optimize lead quality and handoffs.
- You will build new hire onboarding and ongoing enablement to scale the sales motion.
