Responsibilities:
- Compile daily schedules and assign clinicians to patients.
- Act as a liaison among field staff, patients, and POD personnel.
- Complete all workflows daily and handle clinician visit returns.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- At least one year of home health or customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HCHB.
