Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive expansion revenue by identifying and closing cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to prospect through outbound outreach and sell across the product suite.

Performance Metrics:

  • Measured by expansion bookings attainment, pipeline creation and health, and forecast accuracy.
  • Contribution to overall customer lifetime value through effective deal progression.

Candidate Profile:

  • Requires 3-5 years of sales or account management experience with a proven revenue target ownership.
  • Strong prospecting, forecasting, and communication skills, with experience in SaaS or MarTech industries preferred.
  • Must align with company values and proactively incorporate AI tools to improve productivity.
