Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor assigned queues and handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer questions and concerns.
  • Research and resolve customer issues with a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain robust product knowledge and collaborate with internal teams to resolve ticketed issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • One to two years of customer service experience required; previous call center experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
