Key Responsibilities:
- Actively drive growth by farming existing national account relationships and hunting for new expansion opportunities.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and liaise with internal departments to find swift solutions.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer success to exceed customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience in PropTech, SaaS, or commercial real estate technology.
- Experience in the multifamily industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
