AI Enablement & Innovation:
- Enable and support teams to innovate with AI by integrating AI tools and best practices into People systems and workflows.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure employees are equipped and trained in leveraging AI to enhance performance and productivity.
- Promote responsible AI usage aligned with company values, compliance, and ethical standards.
