Who you are:
- You are an experienced People leader who has worked in healthcare startups, preferably with a remote workforce.
- You build automated, airtight, auditable systems rather than creating policies that live on a shelf.
- You find amazing talent by working backwards from the problem you are solving.
What you’ll do:
- Help lay the infrastructure to support rapid headcount growth over the next five years.
- Turn HR processes into auditable scalable systems, each with their own KPIs.
- Team with hiring managers to quickly source and screen amazing new hires.
What you bring:
- 5+ years experience in People Ops/HR.
- Experience leading People Ops for a company that employs a front-line, home-based workforce
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
