Primary Duties:
- Follow established training plan to develop sales skills and achieve full independence.
- Collaborate with director to identify market trends and formulate effective strategies.
- Actively prospect, generate leads, and build a robust sales pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 1-2 years of sales experience.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel 80% domestically.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a remote setting with strong follow-through.
Work Environment:
- Remain stationary 50% of time; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull 200 lbs.
- Must wear PPE when visiting manufacturing sites; exposed to varying weather during travel.
- Constantly operate computers, printers, tablets, and cell phones.
