Executive Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and guide the development, execution, and evaluation of organizational plans.
• Lead and supervise the Leadership Team, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and collaboration.
• Oversee fundraising, communications, and serve as the primary public representative.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of senior leadership experience in a service-providing organization.
• Proven ability to manage staff with empathy and clarity, and manage financial stewardship.
• Deep understanding of issues affecting transgender and gender-nonconforming communities.
