Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic account plans and quarterly business reviews to drive business value and ROI.
- Forecast, identify risk, and maintain strong customer renewal and growth rates in partnership with Account Executives.
- Work closely with global enterprise customers to ensure adoption of 6Sense, generate positive ROI, and grow lifetime customer value.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Global Marketing, Marketing, or related field plus five years of Customer Success or Account Management experience.
- Experience with high-touch strategic customer success, managing global enterprise customers, and advising CxOs on SaaS adoption.
- Expertise in marketing tech stack including Marketing Automation, digital marketing technologies, data providers, and B2B digital media.
