Role Overview:

• As a Temporary Property Recruiter, you will create, implement, and deliver a customer-centric experience through recruiting strategies.
• You will lead interactions with external and internal clients, consistently exceeding expectations while effectively meeting hiring demands.
• You will identify new sources for qualified candidates, fill open positions, and develop a pipeline for future opportunities.

Essential Duties:

• Serve as primary recruiting support for assigned hiring managers and coach them on best practices.
• Maintain consistent communication regarding candidate pipelines, interview progress, and hiring timelines.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through proactive communication and timely follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Recruiting or hiring experience preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• ATS knowledge and strong customer service experience are required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
