- Partners with Account Executives and Growth Account Managers to ensure customer understanding and value.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform customer demonstrations tailored to use cases.
- Support Sales and Growth teams for complex opportunities.
- Create self-service resources and provide training.
Experience We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years in customer-facing technical role.
- UCaaS experience required.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
