Role Overview:
- Lead the expansion of Achieve Lending's business through external strategic partnerships as an individual contributor.
- Act as the face of Achieve to the fintech, retail, and banking ecosystems, building relationships that drive lending volume growth.
- Carry heavy P&L accountability, requiring deal diplomacy and partnership economics expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute BD strategy from prospecting to contract execution and post-deal value creation.
- Manage channel P&L, including Cost of Acquisition optimization and performance benchmarking.
- Serve as product and tech liaison, ensuring competitive offerings and seamless partner onboarding.
