Senior HR Business Partner

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the primary HR partner for corporate orgs, working directly with Directors, VPs, and executives on performance, employee relations, compensation, and career development.
• Lead annual review calibration, promotion, and merit cycles for your assigned orgs.
• Coach and develop managers to build a high-performance, accountable team culture.

What You've Done:

• Broad HR experience in a fast-moving environment, with a track record of leading calibration, promotion, or merit cycles.
• Comfort advising and coaching leaders up through the executive level, including through difficult conversations.
• A history of designing or improving HR processes, not just executing existing ones.

What Sets You Apart:

• You've used AI to build a real, scaled workflow improvement.
• You've navigated a messy calibration or performance case and can discuss your diagnostic approach.
• You've mentored or shaped how peers approach HR partnership.
