What You'll Need to Succeed:

At least 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a multi-location company.
Strong understanding of social media sourcing techniques including Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

Your Day to Day:

Manage recruitment campaigns for MA, IL, and corporate markets.
Source, attract, and identify qualified candidates for non-exempt and exempt roles.
Work closely with hiring managers and HR Director to understand specific hiring needs.
