Your Role:
- Responsible for the day-to-day administration of core People Operations processes.
- Serving as the first point of contact for crew members and people managers.
- Plays a critical part in delivering a consistent, high-quality crew member experience.
What You'll Do:
- Own the day-to-day administration of employee lifecycle transactions.
- Act as a liaison between crew members, people managers, and the People team.
- Support continuous process improvements across People Operations.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, HR, or a related field.
- Experience working in HR systems and managing sensitive data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
