About The Role:
- Partner with Sales Leadership, Product, Account Management, and Marketing on the design and execution of an overall sales GTM.
- Own and evolve Sparrow’s messaging, value proposition, and product differentiation.
- Create high impact content, including sales decks, competitive battle cards, and sales enablement materials.
About You:
- 7+ years of sales, product marketing, and/or sales enablement experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B.
- A deep understanding of selling to HR professionals.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
