Responsibilities:
- Own and lead Affirm's largest Canadian partner relationships, driving growth and long-term strategy across multiple business units.
- Define and drive the strategic vision for each relationship, aligning joint priorities to Affirm's broader goals.
- Develop sophisticated account plans; build and execute multi-year growth roadmaps spanning product integrations, co-marketing initiatives, and go-to-market expansions.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of B2B client-facing experience, preferably in tech or fintech.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills with the ability to lead complex, strategic partnerships at the executive level.
- Strong analytical abilities, including the ability to identify key data points and trends, and report to internal and external stakeholders.
Compensation & Benefits:
- CAN On Target Earnings per year: $140,000 - $215,000, plus equity rewards.
