About the Role:
- Location: British Columbia, Ontario, Alberta, Manitoba (Canada)
- Manage customer renewals end-to-end.
- Drive product adoption and value realization.
Requirements:
- Commercial acumen and experience owning outcomes tied to renewals, retention, and expansion.
- Experience in the post-sale customer journey, including adoption and renewal.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities and processes may evolve.
