About the Role:

  • Own a portfolio of customers end-to-end, including retention and account growth.
  • Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact, ensuring customer success.
  • Blend commercial ownership across renewals and expansion.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive expansion revenue by identifying and executing expansion opportunities.
  • Lead QBRs and account planning sessions tied to customer goals and outcomes.
  • Own the customer relationship, acting as the main point of contact.

Commerce Expertise:

  • Understand Ecommerce order-to-cash basics, including orders, payments and refunds.
  • Know fulfillment and logistics fundamentals, including 3PLs, warehouses and shipping.
  • Familiar with Inventory and returns workflows.
