About the Role:
- Provide first-line support for enterprise customers protecting critical infrastructure.
- Fully remote role open across the Americas region, mission-driven and customer-facing.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary contact for support requests via email, chat, phone, and ticketing.
- Triage cases, troubleshoot known issues, and escalate complex ones while staying on the case.
- Document thoroughly and contribute to knowledge base using KCS practices.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years in technical support or equivalent, with familiarity in Linux command line and networking.
- Excellent communication skills and strong troubleshooting mindset.
- Ability to use AI tools effectively and self-starter attitude.
