Your Impact:
- Protect and grow a portfolio of accounts with rigorous renewal conversations.
- Lead pricing migration and accelerate multi-module adoption.
- Use AI tools to prepare calls and build account briefs efficiently.
Your Team:
- Join a team of 8 AMs, 2 CSMs, and 2 onboarding managers that values collaboration.
- Engage with a culture of trust and mutual development.
- Contribute to building standards in a rapidly growing team.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years in account management or customer success with a renewal quota.
- Experience with a $1M-$5M ARR portfolio.
- Strong pipeline discipline and comfort with AI tools.
What the Role Includes:
- Base salary of $80k-$90k CAD, with OTE $115k-$130k CAD.

- Remote work with access to Montreal offices and in-person gatherings.
