Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview:

• This Talent Acquisition Specialist role is fully remote, centered on proactive passive candidate sourcing rather than waiting for inbound applications.
• Experience in commercial roofing or general construction is strongly preferred, and the position recruits across all levels from laborers to general managers.
• Must be located in the Eastern or Central U.S., with periodic travel to partner brand locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, industry associations, and creative channels.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for general managers, sales professionals, superintendents, and other leadership roles.
• Build talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and maintain accurate ATS records while supporting onboarding initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Required 2+ years of recruiting experience from a search firm or in-house blue-collar setting with high-volume recruiting.
• Demonstrated passive candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, or ZoomInfo.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced, remote environment.
