About the Role:
- Partner with Engineering and Product leaders to build effective teams and support employees through growth.
- Be an empathetic and steady point of contact for employee relations, handling sensitive situations with care and discretion.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead organizational design, performance management, and compensation discussions with technical leaders.
- Use People data and context to guide decisions on team effectiveness, engagement, and retention.
- Coach managers through performance concerns, difficult conversations, and team conflicts.
What You'll Bring:
- 7+ years in People roles, including 4+ years as a People Business Partner.
- Experience supporting Engineering and Product in high-growth SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with international employment laws and a track record with globally distributed teams.
