Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for key teams within Counterpart Health and Clover Care Services.
  • Navigate the build-from-scratch environment of a scaling business unit, developing creative sourcing tactics.
  • Be a strategic advisor to hiring managers.

Qualifications:

  • You have at least 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in-house.
  • You have a proven track record of hiring provider-facing, business development, or growth-oriented roles.
  • You enjoy making sense of trends and using insights to better your process, with experience using Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms.
