Commercial Counsel - SaaS & Technology Transactions

The Role:

• You'll negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including NDAs, data processing agreements, software licenses, and technology partnership agreements.
• You'll partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Privacy, and Security to structure practical solutions and support timely deal closure.
• You'll help shape how we approach emerging areas like AI contracting.

What You'll Bring:

• Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree and active admission to practice law.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant commercial and technology transactional legal experience, with substantial hands-on negotiation of B2B SaaS agreements.
• Strong commercial judgment, drafting, and negotiation skills, with knowledge of tech licensing, IP, privacy, and information security.
