ROLE OVERVIEW:
- We are looking for an experienced public sector lawyer to build and lead Harvey's government legal function.
- You will drive relationships with government agencies and sell to them.
- You will interface with cross-functional teams to ensure execution of government agreements.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Partner with cross-functional teams on public sector procurement and sales strategies.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex government contracts and AI SaaS agreements.
- Provide contract lifecycle counsel and develop training resources.
WHAT YOU HAVE:
- You have a law degree from an accredited school and are admitted in at least one jurisdiction.
- You have 7+ years of experience in law firm or in-house, with strong government contracts background.
- You have working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and experience negotiating with government customers.
