About the Role:

  • You will design and operate the digital-first success motion for our SMB segment, including automated lifecycle journeys and scalable adoption programs.
  • You will own the full digital customer journey from onboarding through renewal, building campaigns and leveraging AI tools to automate outreach.
  • You will instrument metrics, track program performance, and work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Implementation.
