About the Role:
- CaptivateIQ is expanding its enterprise expansion function with a second Account Director hire.
- This role is for someone who arrives with an established enterprise playbook and can contribute immediately.
- ADs operate as part of a coordinated motion that includes a BDR and an AI SDR.
Requirements:
- 8+ years experience in Account Management or Sales within SaaS or technology.
- 3+ years specifically in enterprise customer-facing roles.
- Must have direct, sustained enterprise segment experience with organizations of 2,000+ employees.
