About the Role:
- Own the end-to-end relationship with top merchants, focusing on net retention and account health.
- Build the key-accounts motion: segmentation, risk signals, and save playbooks.
- Act as a player/builder/peer-coach, carrying relationships and shaping strategy.
What You'll Own:
- The number: net retention and top-account health, including saves and expansion.
- The book: Plus and Enterprise merchants, plus select Growth-segment brands.
- The playbook: design and document the key-accounts motion for repeatability.
Who You Are:
- You know Shopify ecosystem deeply and have owned a revenue or retention number.
- You've saved accounts others wrote off and you want to build the motion.
- You get energy from making peers better and are energized by hard renewal conversations.
