About the role:
- You will support the U.S. lending program by helping entrepreneurs from application through fundraising.
- You will work closely with the Operations team on loan reviews, borrower support, and delinquency management.
Responsibilities:
- Screen and approve loan applications alongside the review team.
- Support borrowers via text and phone and manage repayment plans.
- Pilot process improvements and collaborate with partnerships on special projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and written communication skills.
- Highly proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
- Intermediate skills in Google Docs, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
