Accountabilities:
- Provide responsive customer service and sales support to OEM customers, sales representatives, and management, including technical assistance and timely issue resolution.
- Communicate customer requirements, specifications, and needs to sales, engineering, operations, and management teams over the phone, email, and fax.
- Manage complex order details, quotations, and customer requests, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 years of related professional experience in customer service, marketing, sales support, or a comparable field.
- Previous experience in the medical device industry is preferred; strong computer skills with spreadsheets, word processing, and databases.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time-management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests under strict deadlines.
