Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of AI Success Managers, creating tools and training for a rapidly evolving AI environment.
- Drive strategic customer outcomes by building trusted relationships and ensuring measurable value realization through Cresta’s platform.
- Own retention and expansion, establishing operational excellence with key metrics and cross-functional alignment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience leading and developing customer success teams in a fast-paced SaaS or AI environment.
- Strong track record of driving retention, expansion, adoption, and measurable customer outcomes across enterprise accounts.
- Comfortable operating in a technical, AI-driven environment and coaching a team to connect technical capabilities to business results.

Compensation:
- Base salary range of $200,000–$245,000 plus bonus and equity.
