Senior Client Architect

About the Role:

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients and own the technical health of their environments.
• Provide strategic and tactical guidance as a trusted advisor to client leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Lead coordination of high-priority incidents, including root cause analysis and problem management.
• Develop technology roadmaps, scope projects, and support contract reviews with Client Success Managers.
• Maintain and improve client technical documentation, architecture, inventory, and monitoring.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in client-facing technology leadership, systems engineering, or enterprise architecture.
• Expertise across servers, cloud, network, and applications such as Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, and networking.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
