Build and execute a tailored talent attraction and candidate pipeline strategy for the Services division in Poland.
Partner with hiring managers to understand specific technical and operational team needs and drive speed and operational excellence.

Requirements:

3+ years in talent acquisition, recruitment, field marketing, tech sales, or a technical customer-facing role.
Full fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken).
Strong ownership, focus, and an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.
