The Role:
- As a University Recruiter at Veeva, you will be a critical growth driver for our Consultant Development Program across the UK, Germany, and Spain.
- You will operate with speed, focus, and high individual accountability, embodying core values.
What You'll Do:
- Proactively source and engage top-tier early-career talent across Western Europe.
- Plan and execute university career events and technical fairs.
- Drive high-touch candidate engagement from offer acceptance to start date.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of talent acquisition experience with a focus on early-career or university recruiting in European markets.
- Must be based in the EU and fluent in English and German.
- Execution mindset and strong communication skills.
