Responsibilities:
- Maintain accountability for portfolio health, track retention and satisfaction metrics, and escalate institutional concerns.
- Manage, coach, and support a team of 3-5 direct reports, conduct performance reviews and training.
- Monitor operational dashboards, partner with Data Science, and implement efficiency improvements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in related duties with management of managers preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred; strong customer service background.
- Excellent relationship management, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills.
