Account Manager

Job Description:

• Prospect new or installed base clients to sell our solutions to independent retailers and regional chains.
• Maintain strong relationships with local decision-makers and implement sales strategies with the Sales Manager Germany.
• Update CRM regularly, manage customer base, and report competitor insights to marketing.

Qualifications:

• Commercial education and experience in sales of technical digital products like SaaS and IoT.
• Familiarity with the retail sector and excellent relationship skills from store to C-level.
• Fluency in German (C1) and English, results-oriented, tenacious, and autonomous.
