Role Overview:
- Identifying, evaluating, recommending, and negotiating value-added development and manufacturing contracts.
- Translating market opportunities into new client partnerships and long-term business impact.
- Contributing to regional marketing activities and providing market intelligence based on client interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing a territory sales plan to achieve annual sales targets.
- Engaging directly with prospective and existing clients and developing proposals.
- Representing AGC Biologics at trade shows, conferences, and business meetings.
Requirements:
- Proven success in Business Development or Sales within the CMO/CDMO industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation-driven communication skills.
