Your Role:

  • Lead the charge to scale Dash0's US Enterprise Sales organization as a Regional Director.
  • Build, coach, and own a team of Enterprise Account Executives from hire to high-performer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive team revenue targets, pipeline health, and implement structured coaching and deal review rhythms.
  • Define and iterate on the entire US Enterprise Sales motion from prospecting to deal execution.
  • Represent Dash0 at industry events and executive briefings as the face of US Enterprise Sales.

Qualifications:

  • You bring 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing an enterprise team.
  • A proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building/scaling a sales team from the ground up.
  • Strong command of value-based sales methodologies and outstanding communication and presentation skills.
