Role Overview:

• Remote and outreach-based role within local communities.
• Support service users to progress into apprenticeships, employment, and training.
• Report to the relevant Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, engage, and onboard participants within set timescales.
• Deliver personalised employability support including mindset and confidence development.
• Match participants to opportunities and provide sustained in-work support.

What Good Looks Like:

• Strong relationships with referral partners, customers, and employers.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop rapport.
• Service delivered safely, within budget, and meeting targets.

Additional Information:

• Salary: £32,000 per annum, 37 hours per week, full-time permanent.
