About the AI Policy Network:
- A bipartisan, independent 501(c)(4) advocacy organization.
- Focused on secure AI development for economic prosperity and national security.
Position Summary:
- Hiring a Recruiter to help scale the organization quickly.
- Owns the front of the hiring funnel: sourcing, phone screens, and keeping searches moving.
- Works directly with hiring managers and senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Run first-round phone screens across all open roles.
- Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Manage pipelines, coordinate scheduling, and track metrics.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of recruiting or coordination experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and organizational ability.
- Interest in AI, technology policy, or national security.
