Role Overview:
- Acts as strategic partner and operational lead for all HR functions within the Southern Division.
- Supports full employee lifecycle including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and workforce planning.
- Ensures alignment with TNC's values and strategic goals, fostering inclusion and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads recruitment strategy, ensuring inclusive hiring and alignment with compensation.
- Collaborates with recruiters and managers for timely recruitment and onboarding.
- Supports Performance Partnership process including objective setting, feedback, and calibration.
